Red Chestnut is a Bach Flower remedy designed for those who genuinely care for others and tend to worry on their behalf, especially for family and friends, offering gentle balance without dimming empathy.

Designed in line with Dr. Bach's method, this formula provides flexible dosing options to fit into daily routines and support steady emotional well-being.

According to the Dr. Bach method: Indicated for those who, selflessly, worry excessively or fear for the well-being of others, especially family and friends.

• Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Compound preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.

Aqueous dilution 1:240 of Red Chestnut (Aesculus carnea); grape alcohol (27% v/v).
