Bioclub's (30) Sweet Chestnut remedy follows the Dr. Bach method to support moments of extreme mental distress, offering simple and customizable dosing options.

It provides a precise 1:240 aqueous dilution of Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) in grape alcohol (27% v/v), paired with practical preparation methods for daily use.

According to the Dr. Bach method: Indicated for extreme mental distress.

• Simple prepared: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and drink in sips at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Compound prepared: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Aqueous solution: 1:240 aqueous solution of Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) in grape alcohol (27% v/v).
