• Preparation options
  • Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and drink at intervals; or add 2 drops in a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
  • Composite preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Solvent/dilution: Aqueous 1:240 dilution of wild oat (Bromus ramosus); grape alcohol (27% v/v).
