This gentle formulation supports emotional balance, offering a natural approach that complements reflective self-care and personal growth.

According to the Bach method, indicated for the people who feel filled with guilt and reproach themselves, taking responsibility for the faults of others or any other situation that goes wrong.

Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and drink in sips and at intervals; or add 2 drops in a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.

Compound preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.

Aqueous dilution: 1:240 Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Grape alcohol (27% v/v).
