Bioclub presents Rock Water, a Bach flower remedy crafted for those who struggle with inflexibility and overly high self-imposed standards.

Designed for daily use, it can be taken simply in water or blended into a custom formula with up to seven flowers for a personalized balance.

According to Dr. Bach's method: Indicated for inflexibility and for people who set very high standards and may deprive themselves.

• Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle of water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Compound preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) to a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
