The Organic Seed & Bean Company was founded in 2005 by Stephen Rudkin with the idea to create an unusual range of confectionery and snacks, always Organic and Fairtrade when possible. Further to this aim the products must taste superb and be affordable.

After years of munching through divine roasted pumpkin seeds from Austria, Stephen had an idea - to follow their local tradition and coat them in the finest chocolate - for an organic experience unique within the UK & Many European markets. He then set out to create a company that would provide a diverse mixture of organic, sometimes healthy, snacks for adults and children alike.

So now it's a full circle, The Organic Seed and Bean Company has wholefood ingredients such as sunflower, pumpkin and soya beans plus essential oil based ingredients such as lavender, lime, ginger and other all combined with very rich organic (and often -fair trade) chocolate.

This extra dark 72% Dominican Trinitario Cocoa hides a secret weapon: behind the initial delightful sweetness of Italian Mandarin essential oil, you'll discover a hint of Chinese ginger for a warm yet punchy confectionary treat. Surprisingly stimulating!
