According to the Bach method: Indicated for mental fatigue rather than physical fatigue, for those who wake up doubting their ability to meet the day’s tasks. They find difficulty facing problems, or developing the day’s program, yet manage to carry it out.

• Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip gradually; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Compound preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) to a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Aqueous dilution 1:240 of hornbeam (Carpinus betulus).
• Grape alcohol (27% v/v).
