(26) Rock Rose

Rock Rose is a Bach flower remedy from Bioclub, designed to ease terror and intense fear that can follow traumatic events, including accidents, near-misses, or witnessing frightening moments. This gentle, natural formulation helps restore calm and focus when adrenaline runs high, supporting quick emotional recovery.

• Indication: According to the Bach method, Rock Rose is indicated for terror that may occur after an accident or when you’ve been very close to one, or after witnessing a traumatic event.
• Preparation – Simple: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals, or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle of water and take 4 drops at least four times a day.
• Preparation – Compound: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) to a 30 ml bottle of water and take 4 drops at least four times a day.
• Solvent and dilution: Aqueous dilution 1:240 of Helianthemum nummularium (Rock Rose) with grape alcohol 27% v/v.
