Water Violet (34) by Bioclub follows Dr. Bach's method and is indicated for people who are proud and reserved. It offers simple and compound preparation options to fit daily routines.

• According to the Bach method: Indicated for people who are proud and reserved.
• Simple preparation: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and drink in sips at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle of water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Compound preparation: Add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
• Dilution/solvent: Aqueous dilution 1:240 of Water Violet (Hottonia palustris); grape alcohol (27% v/v).
